Practice Complaints Procedure
We hope that you shall have no cause to find fault with the service that we provide, however the practice operates a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS service for dealing with complaints.
Our complaints system meets national criteria.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, preferably at the time they arise and with the person concerned. However, more formal complaints may be dealt with by Gillian McCormick, Practice Complaints Officer in the first instance.
